For the strength segment, take some time to figure out the appropriate scaling method that allows you to do full ROM Handstand Pushups and then perform 30-50 strict reps…number determined by your capacity and time available.
For the conditioning workout, quick math comes to 150 total reps of each month…that’s pretty high volume, which is why the Deadlift load is pretty light. Scale your pushups up if you’d like to rings, parallettes, or hand release, although none of these are required for RX today.
