    What shoes do we wear for this WOD Dave? Probably lose some time if you run in chucks.

    but you could make up some time on the squats :) Really, I'd go with whatever you think is the most comfortable to get done as fast as possible

    "Nancy" used 65lbs 17:19 did all the squats unbroken, so definitely went to light. my overhead squats have been a nemesis so that's why I erred on the light side....next time RX'd Great job to the 8:30 and 11:30am crews!

    Running sucks! Running in the rain sucks more!! Taking more than 20 minutes to complete this WOD... RIDICULOUS!!! LOL, no offense to anyone else that went over 20. Anyway, Rx at 95 lbs. for 20:15. Good one though, I haven't ran in while I don't think.

    Definitely a nasty WOD. Came in at 14:04 Rx'd. My legs didn't want to cooperate after all the other WOD's this week, so all that running was kind of taxing.

    Wife made dinner plans at 6pm so I had to do this at my house. 5 rounds: 500m run (around my block) 30 squats 18:20 I need to improve my running, ran POSE the first 500m then went downhill from there.
