    Oh yes, we trained! Let me just say that thrusters after deadlifts was a killer! I did 5,5,5 on the deadlifts today, and then a lighter set of 12-9-6. I went ahead and scaled up to 95 lb thrusters and HSPUs to put the icing on the cake. I don't know what I was thinking-- I am sore as hell today! Speaking of icing, the cupcake stand is going to be my favorite post-crossfit exercise on Saturdays. Those things are amazing!

    i agree with sarah, I had carrot cake and it was for the sucked, i think i finished in 6:27

    I went home and showered after the 9:00am workout then headed for the cupcake stand with my family and they were SOLD OUT! I'm hitting them up next time right after the WOD. 4:46 on the thrusters and push ups, I like this new WOD setup with the heavy lifting and shorter met con.
