    failed my last set of 5 push press at 155 (only got 1) :( so i finished my best set of 5 at 145. think my metcon time was 7:35 with a 35# kettlebell and a 20# med ball.

    really mandy? only 145...you are crazy strong!!! i got to 85 on push press and finished the wod in 9:33... can more people come to 8:30 please?? it gets lonely and almost makes me want to wake up at 5:30 for 6:15...(almost)

    Good work this morning everyone. For the metcon WOD -- remember it's quick so go heavier than usual and use the tallest box you can reach.

      Push Press 45x5 75x5 105x5 135x5 145x5 155x5 160x5 Taking a deep breath in at the top makes it easier. Metcon: 6:55 with 52lb KB and 20lb med ball Great work to the 11:30am class!

    Didn't do a good job at keeping track of the push press sequence. Did get 75 x 5 for the final set. Metcon: 7:21 (25# KB)

    It was fun working out at 6:15 this morning! Front Sqauts 3x5 instead of Push Presses pre-WOD. Used a 24" box height for the WOD, & grabbed a 20lb med ball for the last set of Wall Balls. That thing was heavier than I thought! All that said, I think my time was 5:50? Don't quote me on that. Worked on the Snatch this evening (and that sounds hilarious). I fell flat on my butt trying to toss a heavy snatch up over my head... now when other than Crossfit do I get to say such a thing without offending everyone in the room, eh?
