AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 Handstand Pushups
7 Hang Cleans (135/95)
Run 200m

Post Loads and Time to Comments
Consider using a load of 40-50% 1RM for the Hang Clean.  The goal here is not to do the heaviest clean you can, but to choose a weight that will allow you to complete AMRAP to maximize power output and maximize intensity for the WOD.

    We have our first official CF Durham plank holder -- the person with the most seniority and completed WOD's since our inception. Lori F. has filled her entire notebook with over 1 year of WOD's. She is the first to do that and should be congratulated for her dedication and tireless devotion.

    oh, and i love snowy weather, but not necessarily here in the triangle. people FLIP out and completely forget how to drive. they do the same in the rain too. i've really never seen anything like it before... blows my mind.
