3 Rounds For Max Reps Of:
30 seconds – Thrusters (115/75)
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds – Burpees
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds – Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds – Pullups
Rest 1 minute

The goal in this WOD is to be able to work continuously during the 30 second work bouts.  Scale loads accordingly to be able to accomplish this goal.

    i've been very lucky so far...only minor shoulder issues that my chiro has alleviated. i think a seminar on recovery and rest would make me take injury prevention a bit more seriously.

    I would be interested. I know a lot about injury prevention, but I'm terrible at recovery. Who would be running it?

    I feel like I'm always trying to recover some sort of injury, so a seminar might be a good thing for me.

    Definitely--To me, recovery is the hardest part of getting the CrossFit programming right.

    I'd be down as well. My track record with injuries could use some improvement, and I'd love to hear suggestions on recovery.

    Sarah G and I hit this RX for Thrusters, 85lbs for the hang power cleans and we tied at 104. This was tougher than it looked! Regarding rest and recovery, yeah, I would probably attend that. Thanks for asking us, Dave!
