Also, the split sections with the off section assigned as a personal motivator was kind of cool.

kind of awesome in a horrible way now that every muscle in my upper back is making itself known.
would like to say i fully embraced the “get some, go again” mentality for this insanity but it was more like “get some, pant 5-10 seconds, groan, then go again”
