    I think the skill is deadlift. That's right: singular. One rep of a massive amount of weight. But it has to be ASLAP. That one rep should take, minimum, nine minutes.

    Amy is right! The most appropriate skill work on my birthday is heavy deadlift, ASLAP. You can play that upside down song if you want during my 37 minute-long deadlift, but there will be NO going upside down on rings. Or rings at all. However, Coach Paul, if what you mean by upside down is handstands, then that is fine. Handstands are fun! Just no rings.
