Weighted Pullups

9 KB Thrusters (52/35)
12 Pushups
15 Med Ball Cleans (20/12)

Post Loads and Time to Comments
For Weighted Pullups, use a weight vest, weight belt, or dumbbell between your feet to add load.  If you are unable to do any pullups, use the lightest band possible for your sets.  For the Metcon, use a KB load equal to 40%  of your 1RM Push Press to ensure proper movement execution and to maximize power output and intensity.

    All I'm sayin is that there better be some crossfitters willing to suit up like this when I reach 100lbs lost. In celebration if you will. You know, just to see what it feels like. I'm thinking why stop with weighted pull ups, lets try my fave, burpees. I want people to understand anyone can crossfit at any size. Its just a hell of alot harder with 100 extra pounds on you. FYI - I only have 10 lbs to go. P.S. The weight contraption on this video looks like it could seriously injure some parts.

    Melinda, forget the weight in the video. It was the "music" that had me injured. I think those boys in the video need an ego check. The weight they're using seems far beyond their capacity. If he can't get his chin above the bar, hot shot needs to scale it back.

    Congrats Melinda!! And I like that they are pushing themselves to failure...hopefully off-camera they are training with appropriate weight :-D
