I think those boys in the video need an ego check. The weight they&#039;re using seems far beyond their capacity. If he can&#039;t get his chin above the bar, hot shot needs to scale it back.</description>

		<description>All I&#039;m sayin is that there better be some crossfitters willing to suit up like this when I reach 100lbs lost.  In celebration if you will.  You know, just to see what it feels like.   I&#039;m thinking why stop with weighted pull ups, lets try my fave, burpees.

I want people to understand anyone can crossfit at any size.  Its just a hell of alot harder with 100 extra pounds on you.

FYI - I only have 10 lbs to go.

P.S.  The weight contraption on this video looks like it could seriously injure some parts.</description>
