    Today I did my first hand stand. Yeah me! I also looked at the sheet of paper on the white board that tells you were you are (untrained, novice, intermediate, etc.) I was not happy were I ranked on 2 of them so I attempted to up my weight on those. I am now intermediate on all of them. Yeah me again! I finished the WOD in 11:24
