Clean and Jerk your body weight for a total of 3,000lbs (men) and 2,000lbs (women).  If you cannot C&J your bodyweight then scale to a weight you can handle.  Here is a breakdown of the number of reps needed to complete the WOD (weight–men/women).

    Did "Murph" on my own today......did about a mile and a half as opposed to mile because thats how long it took to get to where I did pullups...and then got lost on the way home....beat down from the burpee pullups yesterday, destroyed after about 50 pushups and pullup bar was wet....38.09 this is an awful one to do on your own especially when your ipod dies and its hot as balls outside
