		<description><![CDATA[Worked up to 44 lbs x 3 one-handed, both sites on the Turkish Sit Ups. Then monkeyed with a couple of sets two-handed. Worked up to 40# x 3 reps. Those are fun!

METCON -- used a 30# platform for HSPU, Took 6 sets to get through the 50 reps.

Started with a blue band for Pull ups. It took me 13 sets to get all 100 reps. Was averaging sets of 10 through 5 rds, then my grip failed. Added a thin purple band around 75 reps to go the distance. 

Great WOD, Dave. I walked in this morning remarking how tired my legs were from yesterday&#039;s squats. Now my shoulders and arms are smoked. Great balance. Very thorough. ;-)]]></description>
