New Year Bootcamps start the week January 5th!
Bootcamps are a great way to get started with CrossFit workouts in a positive, supportive, non-intimidating atmosphere complete with built-in accountability and high energy coaching. Programs run for 16 or 24 sessions over 8 weeks and are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Workouts are held primarily outdoors and are made up of running, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced athletes will experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session.
Many athletes new to CrossFit find our Bootcamps a nice bridge to the more intense, skill driven workouts that make up our regular CrossFit program. Participants DO NOT need to attend a Foundations Course before registering for Bootcamp.
