6-WEEK CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP
The CrossFit Bootcamp is a 6-week, 18 session program is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, you’ll experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises.
There are two sessions of CrossFit Bootcamp. The first meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0615 to 0700. The second meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0715 to 0800.
Each Bootcamp Session has a limit of only 15 participants on a first come/first served basis. The cost of the CrossFit Bootcamp is $175. Click here to register online.

6-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS BOOTCAMP
The 2 Sexy Weight Loss Bootcamp is a 6-week, 18 session bootcamp for members of the Too Sexy for This Fat Healthy Lifestyle Support Group and members of the public whose primary goal is weight loss.
