CrossFit Bootcamp

The CrossFit Bootcamp is a 8-week, 24 session program is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility.
Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, you’ll experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises.
There are three sessions of CrossFit Bootcamp.
Mon/Weds/Fri 6:15-7:00am
Mon/Weds/Fri 7:15-8:00am
Mon/Weds/Fri 6:00-6:45pm
Each Bootcamp Session has a limit of only 15 participants on a first come/first served basis. The cost of the CrossFit Bootcamp is $259.
