Weight Loss Bootcamp is a 8-week, 24 session bootcamp for those whose primary goal is weight loss. This Bootcamp consists of workouts similar to our CrossFit Bootcamp and intends to create a supportive, “no judgements” atmosphere. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm. The cost of this Bootcamp is $259.
Participants DO NOT need to attend a Foundations Course before registering for Bootcamp.
