    I really liked this WOD. Something very satisfying about checking things off of a long list. P.S. I crossfit because it makes me feel stronger than anything else I have ever done, it builds confidence and helps me be someone I never knew I wanted to be - AN ATHLETE. At crossfit, I have lots of people supporting me and in turn I support them. Its a wonderful relationship.
