Turkish Get Ups
2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes (20 reps total – use approx 65% 1RM)

In teams of two, complete the following for time:
50 KB Swings (52/35)
10 Double Unders
40 KB Swings
20 Double Unders
30 KB Swings
30 Double Unders
20 KB Swings
40 Double Unders
10 KB Swings
50 Double Unders
Each partner must complete each movement before moving on to the next one (50 swings, 50 swings, 10 DU’s, 10 DU’s, etc).

Post Turkish Get Up Loads and Metcon Team Time to  Comments
For the skill segment, practice TGU’s with increasingly heavier weight.  No set number of reps or sets.  SAFETY FIRST!

There is NO ENDURANCE WORKOUT  today — check out the Running of the Bulls 8K!

MOBILITY WORKOUT and COMMUNITY WORKOUT will be held at 11am!
