    I don't know why I keep going into WODs like this thinking they're not going to be that bad. It's a few swings and a few burpees, right? Wrong. It's a completely exhausting all out effort just to finish. And that's what makes it so great. Thanks Dave for the constant reminder to follow through on my swings. It's so easy to let form suffer when your body wants to quit. Great job everyone!
