15 Shoulder to Overhead (75/55)
AMRAP Burpee Box Jumps (in the time remaining)
Post Back Squat Loads and Burpee Box Jumps Completed to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 2 rep Back Squats. All reps squatted below parallel. Make sure you use spotters for Max Efforts!
For the conditioning workout, perform 15 reps from shoulder to overhead anyway you can (press, push press, jerk) as quickly as possible each minute and as many Burpee Box Jumps in the time remaining as possible. Score is total number of Burpee Box Jumps.
