    Awwwwe! This WOD looks really fun, but it's going to be my rest day. That is sad :( Maybe I will sneak it in soon anyway ;) Okay, I have a new found respect for "Mary." She brutalized me in a way I was not prepared for. One of my friends asked me later in the evening, "What the heck is a pistol?" I wanted to show her, but I couldn't make it happen. My butt was pretty much nonfunctional at that point. On a positive note, I was doing the pullups "chest-to-bar," and I actually went nipples-to-bar a few times (no, really). When it happened, it caught me completely off guard, and I almost forgot to kip again. I'm going to call this a new accomplishment.

    135 x 5 on the squat cleans 7 rounds on the wod rx'd at 95# ... i liked this wod, but the transition from push jerk to ohs is nasty-- glad it was only a 10 minute-er.

    When I woke up this morning, my body was telling me that it should be a rest day. In my infinite wisdom, I didn't listen. Only got up to 75 on the squat cleans and then did the wod at 65. Did 6 rounds. Tomorrow will be an off day before CROSSFIT TOTAL on Sat... BE THERE!

    What's wrong with cat thrusters...? Maybe we'll use Prince as an "odd shaped object" and name a WOD after him. To the 0615 crew -- you're starting to develop a reputation as the class to beat. Great work this morning with a challenging and somewhat complex WOD. Rachel and Jason -- your cleans are coming along nicely. Keep working hard

    145# x5. A humbling WOD. I echo Mandy's comment about the difficulty in transitioning from the Jerk to OHS. I think the trick is to rack the weight on your shoulders after the jerk, slide your hands out, do ANOTHER push press/jerk then do the OHS. Quite the challenge w/ sweaty palms! I lost count on my rounds this morning. Either 3 rds + 2 squat cleans or 4 +2, since I can't remember, we'll call it 3+2.

    i wish i had a cat so i coul have done that workout at home...it was terrible for me. i did the first round at 95 and then dropped to 85...on my second round i ate it on an ohs and tore my shin open...so i decided to quit...then changed my mind and got in four rounds total...not my best performance...

    I knew this was going to be a hard one when my forearm cramped up in a warm up set of pullups and my shoulders begged me for a day off.....due to my horrible coordination and very poor shoulder flexibility, these olympic lifts continue to frustrate the hell outta me....I swallowed my pride and just did the bar during the WOD to work on technique as opposed to just throwing extra weight on and risking injury. I figure one day it'll finally come to me.....until then I'll silently curse the creator of the squat clean.....
