For the Metcon, each round should be an all out effort.  RX’d load is 85% 1RM, but be sure to use a load that allows for proper movement execution and safety. 

ENDURANCE WOD tonight at 6pm!  Bring a stopwatch.  If anyone is interested we have several GymBoss Personal Timers available at 1/2 their regular cost….only $10.
