CLASS SCHEDULE
WORLD-CLASS FITNESS IN 100 WORDS – “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.” – Coach Greg Glassman, CrossFit Founder

CrossFit WODs
CrossFit WOD classes focus on quality instruction in a small group environment. Each class lasts approximately 60 minutes and is structured to include a unique CrossFit inspired warm-up followed by specific skill instruction relating to exercise technique and safety. Classes are highlighted by the “Workout of the Day” (WOD) and conclude with a cool down period. Each WOD is varied, challenging and efficient. By focusing on constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity, we guarantee you will accomplish more in limited time than with any other exercise program.
Endurance WODs
Endurance classes are designed for athletes who are training to compete in endurance sports or simply those who wish to improve their endurance performance. Endurance WODs are generally composed of running or rowing workouts performed at relatively high intensity. Learn more about Crossfit Endurance here.
Open Gym
Open Gym time is intended for makeup WODs, mainsite WODs, olympic weightlifting, barbell training, gymnastics training, or any other specific skill work you may choose.
