Was able to work up to 3x3 with 335 for the Deads. They felt good, but I was wanting to do more weight...my legs are just exhausted from the past few days.

I decided to use 145# for the metcon and "big bird". My best ever push press is still at 205. My current best push press is only at 185, so you do the math on that...guess I just wanted a challenge (like that's any different from any other day). Struggling from exhaustion, I was able to pump out 5 rounds + 6 reps.

Then I worked on GHD situps with reps of 10 at a time together with HRPUs. I gradually wanted to get faster with the GHD reps and get gradually slower and more controlled for the HRPUs.

Worked up to 295# on the deadlift for the final set of 3. That's a new 3RM by a long shot, and 15# short of my current 1RM! Looking forward to a shot at singles soon.

METCON subbed a 44# KB for all lifts to accommodate my wrist. 8 rounds +12 reps.

Liking the new WOD book. With the max lift percentage tables, I've got no more excuses for "bad math."

I did the first mile under 10 mins!! 9:50. PR for me after much hard work. I couldn't make it around the block 6 months ago, let alone do it in less than 10. :)

Just keep getting better and better.
