EVENT NAME: NUTRITION GUIDE ROLLOUT and Q&A
EVENT DATE: Saturday, May 12, 12pm-1:00pm
CrossFit Durham has partnered with Whole9 Life to put together our Official Nutrition Guide. You will receive your copy of this updated 40 page, A-Z guide that is guaranteed to help guide you towards your general health and CrossFit training goals.
This program is ABSOLUTELY FREE for all CrossFit Durham members and current Bootcampers. All you need to do is attend this or upcoming sessions to receive the guide and participate in the Q&A Session.
To make sure everyone has a chance to get their questions answered, we will limit each session to no more than 25 attendees. Please register here for July 23rd. There is NO FEE to attend! Please do not register unless you will definitely be there!

Event Name: CFD GOES TO THE DURHAM BULLS
Event Date: Saturday, May 19, 6:30pm
Join your CFD Coaches and friends for a night out with the Durham Bulls! We will have reserved seating in the Carolina Hurricanes Home Run Patio. Watch the game, all you can eat BBQ, and hang out with your friends. Last year was a blast!
Tickets are $30 and include game ticket, 2-HOUR all you can eat ballpark cookout and drinks (non-alcoholic), and special edition Durham Bulls cap. Additional food and alcohol will, of course, be available for purchase at the game. BBQ opens 30 minutes before game time.

Event Name: MEMORIAL DAY “21 GUN SALUTE” WOD FOR WARRIORS
Event Date: Monday, May 28, 9am and 10am
The 21 reps each represent a 21 gun salute, the Nation’s highest display of honor. The 5 exercises are for each Military Branch (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard). Doing the workout with a Partner signifies the bonds we aim to create between our Nation’s Warriors and the communities they return to, and doing it twice represents tribute to honor the living and in memorial of the fallen.

Event Name: CROSSFIT FOR HOPE WORKOUT FOR ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
Event Date: Saturday, June 9, 9am-11am
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
