Post Loads and Time to Comments
Use weight vest, weight belt, or a dumbbell or KB between your feet to load up your dips.  If you can’t do full ROM dips with bodyweight, then use the least amount of assistance to get your sets of three.

    Heard about some great times today for the 2k! Charlie, that's pretty nuts! Everyone should consider coming out to compete in the Durham Indoor Rowing Trials on March 20th.....you'd go out and do a 5K without worrying about winning, right? So, a rowing event should be no different!

    Just give Charlie the trophy now cause he is going to smoke the competition. Great job today everyone with the 2k row. Keep up all the hard training. Check out the 2010 crossfit games site. It is pretty nuts what some of the sectional WOD's are including. SD AZ sectional had flying pullups in one of the WOD's. http://games2010.crossfit.com/
