Spring Bootcamp spots are available now!
Bootcamp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit workouts.
Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, you’ll experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises.
We encourage new participants to attend at least one of our Community Workouts before getting started. See below for Bootcamp membership pricing and then click the button to start your Bootcamp registration.
Bootcamp Membership entitles you to attend any of our 24 weekly Bootcamp Workouts and can be converted to CrossFit membership or canceled any time, provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your billing date.
