CrossFit Boot Camp

thumbnail-1CrossFit Bootcamp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in the park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham.thumbnail

Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, you’ll experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session. We pride ourselves on a no-frills, realistic approach to fitness where you’ll be exposed to a variety of dynamic exercises.

Participants DO NOT need to attend our CrossFit Foundations Course before registering for Bootcamp, but we do encourage new participants to attend our monthly Bootcamp Intro Sessions (see schedule below).  See below for Bootcamp membership pricing and then click the button to start your Bootcamp registration.

Bootcamp Registration
Bootcamp Membership entitles you to attend any of our 24 weekly Bootcamp Workouts and can be canceled any time after you have completed your first 3-months, provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your billing date.

Click the "Reserve Spot" button on the schedule below for the workouts you would like to attend each day. Download (here) our smartphone app, MindBody Connect, to access the schedule right from your phone.  If space is available, you can book workouts right up until a class begins and as far as 60 days in advance.
