Spring Bootcamp spots are available now!
Bootcamp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors in Old North Durham park behind our facility and out and about in Downtown Durham.
Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, participants experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.

Bootcamp Membership entitles you to attend any of our weekly Bootcamp and Mobility Workouts and can be converted to CrossFit membership or canceled any time, provided we have 30 days notice in advance of your billing date.
