200m Sandbag Run
50 Air Squats
50 Sledgehammer Swings

Post Workout Rounds to Comments
For this workout, we’ll train outside in the park out back.  Use whatever size sandbag you’re comfortable with.  The run will be approximately 200m.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT this morning at 9am with Coach Paul!

COMMUNITY WORKOUT today at 11am!  There is NO MOBILITY or PILATES today!

Thanksgiving Schedule
Friday – 9am and 10am
Saturday – No Pilates or Mobility
Sunday – Regular Schedule

    4 rounds + run + 39 sledgehammer hits. Group B was soooooo much better than Group A. Michael Kelley left the bar on the rack and must be penalized a 45 burpee penalty. I must be there to witness.
