CrossFit Total Competition
THE CROSSFIT TOTAL EVENT!
There will be awards given to both the Men and Women with the Highest Total and ALSO to the best total calculated on a POUND FOR POUND basis! Everyone can participate in this event with something on the line!
No regular WODs held today, but we will still have our Beginner’s Class at 11am.

Great work today. I think there were lots of PRs achieved. CF Total 915#PR: BS 320#PR, SP 195#PR, DL 400#PR.

Hey Crew!
not much to say about this morning, except HOLY SH*&!!!!!!!!! I hope everyone who came out had a great time….it was awesome watching all of you perform! Who didn’t set a PR today in the Total??

Awesome job, ya’ll. I say it all the time, but DAMN, I work out with such badasses!
I got my first CF Total of 440# (135,90 PR, and 205 PR).
You guys inspire me every day!

this was my first cf total, and i wasnt sure what to expect, but im seconding allison’s sentiments…it was truly an inspiring day to watch everyone kick so much ass.
total: 775
b squat: 300 PR
press: 125 PR
dlift: 350 PR
