Today’s WOD is all about “Dad”! Scale Deadlift load as necessary…you should be able to complete each round of 20 reps in no more than 3 or 4 sets with a very short rest. Watch the video below for the Double KB Snatch demo. For the Yoke Walk, you will actually use a heavy sandbag and hold it behind your head, across your shoulders, for the 200m walks.
