    6:15 was ROCKIN' this morning! Dave and Shane were the undisputed champs of the deadlift. AWESOME work guys! Tom, Lori, Shane, and Dave (who did EXTRA) pushups killed the WOD. And special props to Mandy who did her man makers with 27.5 lbs to save me from doing it! You guys rock my world! I hit 175 on the deadlift for three, then my form started sucking so I stopped. Did the WOD Rx in 12:37. See you all the Doughman tomorrow... let's go CrossFit Durham!!!!

    hit 315 x 5 on the deadlifts but it hurt and it was ugly. tom made them look easy... nice job dude. then allison tried to kill me by leaving me with the 27.5 lb dbs for manmakers. did the mens rx for the deadlifts. 10:10. nice job dave g. and shane for smacking the hell out of some wickedly heavy deadlifts. good luck to all you crazy cats that are doughmanning tomorrow. see you at the finish line!

    Today was a prefect example of how you can perform much better with a group. My previous Dead Lift PR for x3 was 345#. Today I got 345# x5 and then 355# x5 thanks to Dave G. & the whole 6:15 crowd rooting me on. Thanks. Metcon 10:25, the Manmakers are tough! Good time this morning! Have fun puking tomorrow, I have to prep for my daughter's 5th birthday party "Hawaiian Luau". See you Monday.

    I was working on form today so no PRs for me... but got to #195x4 on the deadlifts [am nursing one unhappy knee!]. When the 'easy' part of the WOD is deadlifts, you KNOW you're in trouble! Did it up Rx for 11:03. Good work today gang... hope to see you all at the Doughman finish line tomorrow morning!

    I don't know if I'd say 315x5 was easy Mandy, but you are a rockstar for lifting with me! As was the whole crowd for cheering me on! 8:39, RX, was where I ended up for the WOD. Dave, was a flat out beast the first round and would have f-ing smoked me if he hadn't done double the work on the manmakers, those things stole some souls this morning. Crossfit team two, we are going to DESTROY the doughman tomorrow!

    Just little ol me at 8:30. Did the workout Rx with Greg in 10:38. Those KTE killed me at the end. Maxed at 165# on DL, my new record. Good luck Doughman peeps!
