1 ball slam the first minute, two ball slams the second minute, three ball slams the third minute and so on…
Post TGU Loads and Workout Rounds Completed to Comments
For the strength segment, perform sets of 2 TGUs on each side as heavy as possible. Don’t rush. You should be able to stop and reverse directions at each point in a TGU.
For the conditioning workout, use the heaviest Slam Ball you can handle. Do not be sloppy. Catch each rep as it “bounces” off the ground with good posture in the bottom of a well executed Air Squat.
