		<description>I usually do pilates on Sat.  But Sat crossfit is fun.  Different vibe on Saturday.  I might have to come on Sun too to see what I&#039;ve been missing.

I did manage one handstand - although many attempts.  Thanks dude doing the wod right behind me.  Sorry I didn&#039;t catch your name - but thanks for encouragement.  Also thanks to Stu for helping with tumbling!

I think I snatched 63 or so and worked my way there again during the WOD.  For some reason snatches are easier for me when done for time.  Weird.</description>

		<description>The WOD had the 10 AM class cursing Dave up and down.  Started at 45# (bar) and progressed to 75# then 95#.  My form felt much better towards the end.

I had planned on skipping the Wod, but Dave talked me into it, thanks Dave!  I then did what I WANTED to do afterwords: 5 rounds for effort, 5 x Dead Hang pull up and 5 x Ring Dips with 2 of the 20# weight vests.  I&#039;m hoping to be worthless tomorrow.</description>
