    Ouch... Nasty Girls was nasty! I thought it would be the muscle ups that killed me (and they did), but the squats were harder this morning than I thought they would be. 9:56 Rx. Wanted to get it in about 8.5 minutes, but I just hit muscle failure on those muscle ups. Was good to be with the 6:15 class this morning!
