    sets of 5 DLs: 225, 275, and 295 hit 8 rounds + deadlifts on the wod using 225# for DLs and the high box for modified hspus. ouch. murphie, you better hit 300 for 5.

    Tough workout day, got to 175 for deadlifts, not my best, and for the wod i got through 6 rounds with 155 dls and 3 abmats for hspus
