oooooh…have fun everyone!! i did this last tuesday and it’s a great “twins” workout. definitely pinpoints weaknesses – was told that the first half and the second half should take about the same amount of time and if they are really different that tells you where you need to work. the second half took me a LOT longer – partly because of strength but mainly the double unders destroyed me! need to remember to start working those every day…
