    The extra DU practice was helpful. Twice today I chained 10 together. Slowly getting better.

    nice, dave! great job morning classes! and stew, thanks for showing me those great hip stretches. i felt pressure deep in the hip socket which was great. i was able to do some heavy back squats with minimal problems afterward which hasn't been the case lately.

    I totally forgot to even look at my time yesterday. I know it was high though :) I DID, however, get to 9 consecutive DUs by the last round!
