10 Front Squats (135/95)
10 Dynamic Pushups
10 Calorie Row

Post Load and Time to Comments
This WOD should be completed in under 15 minutes.  Loads should be scaled to allow for proper movement execution while finishing within the established time frame in order to maximize power output and intensity.

    Man that was good. I think the front squats fixed my shoulder, oddly enough. But it doesn't hurt for the first time since October. At any rate... 8:54 (or 57, I forget) RX 135

    front squats: 235 x 5 wod: 9.46 @ 145 pounds ......I can't walk after yesterday and today

    looks like a good one! hate that i missed b/c i love me some front squats, but i made myself take yesterday and today off. hate rest days, but i am someone who def can't go without them!
