Ring Inversions
20 minutes of practice going upside down
–Rest–
800m Partnered Farmer’s Carry
Teams of two must move as much weight as possible 800m in a farmer’s carry. Every time the weight touches the ground or partners change roles (from working to resting), each partner must perform 5 burpees before the weights may move forward.

Post Deadlifts Loads and Metcon Rounds and Pushup Reps To Comments
For the skill segment, work on Ring ball ups, inversions, skin the cats, and levers.    

The conditioning workout will be held out in the back field (weather permitting).  Teammates will farmer’s carry down and back the length of the field four times.  BOTH partners must perform 5 burpees each time they switch roles.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT this morning at 9am with Coach Paul!

MOBILITY WORKOUT and COMMUNITY WORKOUT this morning at 11am!

We will participating in Fight Gone Bad 6 on September 17th to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.  The gym will be closed that day except to those who have signed up to particpate!  Join our team here

    Endurance WOD "Deck of Cards" 13 cones will be evenly spaced apart. If a club or spade is drawn, run up to corresponding cone & back. For example, if an 8 of clubs is drawn, run to the 8th cone & back. Complete jumping air squats for diamonds & medicine ball cleans for hearts. Jokers? You'll have to wait & see. Cards will be drawn from deck at coach's discretion, not necessarily when first or last person finishes required run, squat, or clean.
