Hey just wanted to see what the feelings would be if I did some sweet work with some people after endurance wod on Monday or Thursday of next week? Would you be interested? If not what would be another good time for people to check out cave skool? I think once you experience it you will really enjoy it. Just ask anyone who came out last Saturday and checked out what the cave is all about.

Lol, to answer the Thanksgiving question, my meal will only be Zone-friendly IF I manage to eat a massive enough amount of meat that it ratios out my sweet potatoes...cranberry relish...pumpkin pie...cornbread stuffing w/ apple velvet cake...chocolate truffles...and a big bottle of reisling to wash it down with :-D But hey, the Zone is all about ratios, and I think I'm up to the challenge of eating that much out Turkeys

Not a chance in hell I'm watching what I eat on Turkey day. The meanings of all of our holidays have morphed over the years, but at least Thanksgiving has done so into the very noble notion of an endurance cage match between people and a loaded table of food. To wimp out and claim dietary restrictions not only cheats yourself but those around you who've taken your side in this annual bloodsport.

Thanksgiving is side item heaven. I really could care less about the meat. As for Cave school, I would be game for trying it post endurance

I think you’ll enjoy cave skool Kiddo. I went Sat and definitely encourage other CFE'ers to check it out……and challenge strictly CF folks to give it a go.

Cave Skool class was great last Saturday. I was sore for three days in places where I didn't even know I had muscles (though, apparently, not enough of them). I hope lots of others will turn out for the December 5th class, and I know I will be back in January for more side-winding torture (crab walk, backwards, up the wall, was especially interesting).

I love a twisted, braided updo for a very formal evening event during the summer. Icons such as screen siren Marilyn Monroe define the era and her classic medium length wavy bob is a guaranteed route to stunning vintage glamour. However, discuss with your stylist before getting anything done.
