		<description>Thanks Greg, I&#039;ve been a great mood all day for finally doing a freaking WOD with pull-ups RX.

Did want to chime about the order of WOD vs weights.  I guess ours was the only class to do the squats first and, frankly, I&#039;m sort of glad we did.  I guess it may have made it a bit tougher/slower having just done those squats, I can&#039;t help but think that my squats would have suffered more post Helen, than my Helen did, post squats.

Just one man&#039;s opinion.</description>
