    PR'd the squat at 305 and did the Wod in 6:06 RX. Evidently a weekend of Constant eating with the family helps. Thanks for all the birthday wishes!

    Great workout.....felt terrible for about half an hour after...good stuff! Beat my back squat PR by 25 pounds (325) went for 345 and thought I had it for half a second and lost it...oh well, anything over 300 was a bonus 6 something (6.16 I think) rx'd for wod....it was cool working out with the 5pm crew!

    happy happy birthdays!!! just wondering if anyone else was having trouble leaning to the side?? my obliques are pretty tight right now, as i suffered through 18 minutes of the wod (i am ridiculously slow at burpees)...

    Happy Birthday both! I think there was something in the air, everyone blew the back squats out of the park tonight. Congrats Bea on the PR! I got 153 on the back squats - from 65lbs last time we did this. That is just insane. I did the WOD with 25lb and finished in 10 something. I managed not to blurt out any expletives that start with f in a burpee WOD. That is a PR.
