Back Squat
Progressively add weight to the bar on the first four sets.  On the 5th and 6th set you should be attempting a max effort for the day. 
AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

7 Hanstand Pushups

    Can't wait to get in and try this WOD. Congrats Naomi! Also, great weekend at the L1 Cert with Sarah D., Becky, Bea, and Rich! For any of you that are thinking of going to a cert, I HIGHLY recommend it! It was incredibly helpful, education, and most of all, INSPIRING!

    Thanks for the birthday shout out! I gave myself the gift of my first GHD situps while waiting to do the WOD today (got 7.5 rounds in). Gonna try to do a five mile run for the icing on the fitness birthday cake today. :)

    10+ rounds, though not RX. I did the pushups with my feet on a 20" block in an inverted "L" position. Gotta learn how to do those handstand push-ups.
