    It took me 20:22 sec to finish. Running really kicks by butt. I find this girl Gail’s website inspirational. She’s lost over 74lbs doing crossfit and eating zone. Check it out.

    15:32 — PR by 37 seconds, I’ll take it. last did this one on November 9th. that hill seemed to get steeper and steeper every round!
