  • COMMUNITY WORKOUT

    The first step we recommend if you’re interested in learning more about CrossFit Durham is to attend our Free Community Workout.  Every Saturday, join us at 11am for preview of what CrossFit is all about.  The workout is designed for first timers and, like all CrossFit workouts, can be scaled to any fitness level.  Learn, see, and feel a CrossFit workout and get a taste of what training with us will be like.  No previous CrossFit experience necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.  Workout begins promptly at 11am every Saturday.  Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.  Complete the contact form to the left for more information before your visit.
  • FOUNDATIONS COURSE

    If you are ready to get started with regular CrossFit workouts, the next step is to complete our Foundations Course.  We will introduce you to the basic movements used in our day to day WODs (Workout of the Day), and gradually expose you to the intensity of the workouts.  We place a heavy emphasis on proper movement mechanics and gradually increasing your training intensity.

    Foundations consists of 8 small group training sessions that meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm.  The cost is $299 — this includes all 8 classes and your first month of workouts.  Upon completing your Foundations month, you will automatically be enrolled in membership for a minimum of three additional months.

    If you are unable to attend the Tuesday/Thursday evening Foundations class for any reason or would like to get started before the next scheduled class, we also offer a one-on-one Foundations option.  This consists of 8 one-on-one sessions scheduled at your convenience over three weeks and is tailored to your individual training requirements.  The cost is $399.  Click here to register.
