Though we do not require any previous training to enroll in a CrossFit membership, for those who would like some additional prep work prior to starting we offer a 4 session Foundations Course. This Course consists of 4 one-on-one sessions with a member of our Coaching team scheduled at your convenience and is tailored to your individual training requirements. The cost is $199. Participants in our program range from beginning lifters to National-level competitors. They are training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting competitions or just improve their lifting competency to apply to other sports or CrossFit.
In our Powerlifting Program, we guide our athletes’ training using a variation of the Westside Conjugate System to take barbell training and athletic performance to another level. We maximize this system to get the most out of each of our athletes’ performance in their chosen sport of focus.
