Get Started


    The first step we recommend if you’re interested in learning more about all of the programs at CrossFit Durham is to attend our Free Community Workout.  Every Saturday, join us at 11am for preview of what CrossFit is all about.  The workout is designed for first timers and, like all CrossFit workouts, can be scaled to any fitness level.  Learn, see, and feel a CrossFit workout and get a taste of what training with us will be like.

    No previous CrossFit experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.  Check out the schedule below and click on “Reserve Spot” for the Community Workout you would like to attend.  Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.  Complete the contact form to the left if you have any questions before your visit.


    If you are ready to get started with our regular CrossFit Membership, the next step is to attend our Foundations Course.  In this 1 day, 4-hour, course you will be introduced to the basic tenets of the CrossFit Method and the movements used in our daily WODs (Workout of the Day).  We place a heavy emphasis on proper movement mechanics and will spend the majority of the class drilling the basics of the squat, deadlift, overhead lifts, and the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk).

    The cost is of the 1 day Course is $149.  Upon completing the Foundations Course, athletes will automatically be enrolled in membership for a minimum of three additional months.  Click here for membership pricing options.

    If you are unable to attend the one day Foundations Course for any reason or would like to get started before the next scheduled class, we also offer a one-on-one option. This option consists of 4 one-on-one sessions with a member of our Coaching team scheduled at your convenience and is tailored to your individual training requirements. The cost is $249.     Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced, you’ll experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session.
