FOUNDATIONS
If you are ready to get started with regular CrossFit workouts, the next step is to go through our Foundations Program. The Foundations curriculum is designed to introduce you to the 9 Basic Movements in CrossFit, as well as some additional exercises used in the WODs (Workout of the Day), and to gradually expose you to the intensity of the workouts. We place a heavy emphasis on proper movement mechanics and gradually increasing your training intensity.
Foundations consists of 6 small group training sessions that meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm. The cost is $299 — this includes all 6 classes and your first month of workouts. Upon completing your Foundations month, you will automatically be enrolled in membership for a minimum of three additional months. Your first month is included free as part of your Foundations fee. Membership forms will be completed during your first Foundations class and you may start attending daily workouts after this first session.
Our next Foundations Course will begin on Tuesday, May 22nd.
We limit the number of participants in each Foundations Course to maximize teaching time.
If you’re ready to register for this session please send us an email.
If you are unable to attend the Tuesday/Thursday evening Foundations class for any reason or would like to get started before the next scheduled class, we also offer a one-on-one Foundations option. This consists of 6 one-on-one sessions scheduled at your convenience over three weeks and is tailored to your individual training requirements. The cost is $349. Click here to register for One-on-One Foundations Sessions. Contact Dave at (571) 224-3706 or Email Us if you have any questions about our Foundations Course.
CrossFit is for everyone!
INTENSITY WARNING – “It is imperative that someone new to CrossFit takes the first month to learn the movements, if they’re not already intimate with them, and establish consistency before increasing intensity. If you can get through the workouts for one month straight without falling apart, then we recommend that you up the intensity a little the following month. If you throw yourself at this task 100% from day one, these workouts will chew you up and swallow you whole. I promise it. Don’t be misled by the workouts’ brevity. The tougher you are the harder you’ll go down, guaranteed.” — Greg Glassman, CrossFit Founder
