15 Double Unders
15 Ring Pushups

For the strength segment, perform 50 strict Knees To Elbows.  These reps should be slow and strict.  DO NOT use momentum.  Break up the reps into as many sets as necessary.

    Great job mobility wodders! Gearing up for the CF Games Opens worked on stringing squat snatches together...just used 115 today worked on HSPU too then Gabe and I did CFNE Game Day 3 WOD: For time: 50 Power Cleans, 135lb 50 Wall Ball, 20lb 50 KB Swings, 1.5 pood (52lb) Mike: 10:57 Gabe: 11:34 Power Cleans sucked! Just over 2 weeks and counting...
