Post Deadlift Loads and Workout Time To Comments
The goal is to move the weight as quickly as possible for each attempt.  There should be no “grinding” of any reps.  If you cannot perform all of your reps at this speed then you need to use a lighter load…regardless of whether you’re at 65% or not.  Make sure you watch the video below.

For the conditioning workout, sub lateral hops for DUs.

For the finisher, place a band under your feet and then pull it up over your head around your neck.  See video below.

    Did the deadlifts at 205# (60% of 1RM) + blue bands. Very cool to experiment with the bands and feel the difference in the lifts with tension. METCON: 16:08 Only counted successful DU's and that was slow going. No runs better than 3 consecutive jumps, so there were lots of restarts. Good stuff, though.
