For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

This is a CrossFit Benchmark WOD.  It is prescribed as 30 Clean and Jerks for time.  As written this would mean 30 full squat cleans with a jerk.  “Grace” has somewhat devolved into 30 “ground to overhead” for time.  Today we test work capacity.  It is up to you how you choose to perform your movements for this WOD.  

OPEN GYM tonight from 7-8pm!  Work on your lifts or makeup a missed WOD!

    Great timing tackling Grace with the 8:30 crew....although, really, she tackled me. Big Time! Doug that was awesome....he called time when i was on freakin 10!

    Already signed up for the cert. As to Grace, first time doing any ground to overhead (strung together) since the Carolina Fitness Challenge. I'm a LOT stronger than I was then and cleans have turned into one of my favorite exercises... 2:51 RX this morning, then did some heavy cleans since I missed them this week.

    speaking of the carolina fitness challenge... let's do the first wod sometime soon (after regionals so i can participate). amrap 10 min ground to over head (95/135). i have so many wods that i want to do! i can't wait to have normal training again. woot! and of course, i also really want to do something w/ohs. i'm fantasizing of my dream wods. kinda scary. awesome job to the morning classes! i'm so proud of everyone!!!

    @Doug... Thats hilarious. And smart... get your competition laughing. @Ashley. I know what you mean. In my head I'm putting together the perfect WOD for my strengths. I think it'd involve ring dips, sit-ups and yo mama jokes.

    There's something special in the water at the Antonio house....watch out for little Xavier one day! 1:39 and 2:23 for husband and wife respectively! Way to go Precious and Tony!
