    What a great WOD to start out the weekend. 75# for 4 rounds.

    Hit up CF Breckenridge this morning again! Scott came in especially early for us, and we even had a special WOD designed in our honor: “THE BLUE DEVIL“ 20# MB Clean x 1min Prison Sprint x 1min 20# MB Thruster x 1min Prison Sprint x 1min 1 minute rest 25# DB Elevator Drop x 1min Prison Sprint x 1min 25# DB Split Jerk x 1min Prison Sprint x 1min 1 minute rest Tabata Row (2min ez – 4 bouts – 2min ez) 1 minute rest Sit Ups x 1min Sky Diver x 1min Knees to Elbows x 1min (Total time 20:00) It was a truely awesome WOD- made about 1000x harder by being at 10,000 ft! Huge thanks to Scott for this awesome WOD. Miss all you guys! See you Tuesday!

    4 and 1/4 rounds at 85 lbs (dropped to 75lbs roughly half-way in.) Front squats need serious work.

      Tried a new snatch workout this morning....could be on the horizon for everyone :) KB Snatch -- Pyramid down from 10 down to 1, right arm/left arm (10,10, 9, 9, 8, 8, etc) 52lbs 11:40 fun. tough on the grip.

    i took on the dreaded burpee barbell bullshit and lost..... ....add pushpress or push jerk at end 115 pounds 50x timed.... 19 min arms and legs are still shaking, I would have added the squat but the bar i used was rusty and plates were solid and i was on concrete and I have a tendency to bail on the weight...going for 75 next time then 100 if you hate yourself id suggest doing this....
